Hi, you visited my blog once and left comment there. Apologise I just had the time to visit your blog back. I have been down lately because I have moved thousand miles away from my friends and I miss them and I wonder whether they still remember me, and it materialise in the wonder of why they don't send birthday or Christmas cards (and if they do, they say they'd wait for me until I get back, which could be months away), whilst I always send them card and gift on their birthday, on time. So I am struck when reading the paying it forward concept, and especially the quote "the exchange focuses on doing an act of kindness without expecting anything in return other than that the recipient will, in their turn, pass the kindness along and pay it forward in their own way". I feel the weight has been lifted. I realise I shouldn't hope they return the act. I should wish they pass the act along to someone else. Thank you and greetings from Scotland!
