I almost always love the physiotherapist… especially their amazing heat packs and ultrasound. Hopefully they give you some good stuff!

Yes butterfly press, that’s the one! I don’t like the sounds of this grueling exercise business! :P

I dunno about the whole cold winters thing. We’ve had colder winters in the past and those fuckers always return. It seems like there are more and more of them every year!

Well, the machine’s called a butterfly press, and the physiotherapist will probably do a bit of massage-and-make-you-feel-better, and then will give you exercises that seem simple, but are grueling if you do them as many times as he tells you to. But he will make your shoulder better.

On the bright side, a lady in the grocery store told me that these occasional fierce winters do a good job of limiting the mosquito population, so maybe there won’t be so many this summer. Fingers crossed…
