Mijn Man is Jarig!
Vandaag mijn man is jarig. Hij is nu 30! For those of you who aren’t as cool as my fly Dutch speaking self, that means “Today is my husband’s birthday! He is 30 now”. Check it out, my Dutch is already improving and I’ve only been going to lessons for a week! :PTonight we went out for dinner to celebrate his birthday. We went to a place called the Blauw Olifant which is this fancy shmancy Indonesian/Thai restaurant. The food was really good and I ate with chopsticks without making a mess or hurting anyone.
Will write more tomorrow, it’s my bedtime now.
