One of the organizers of this event is a friend of mine, an amazing woman who as a newlywed of only two months, lost her husband in December 2005 after his battle with small cell lung cancer.
As you can imagine, this event holds a very special place in her heart and I am unfortunately too far away to attend. So I am showing my support in another way, by making this post in hopes that some of you who are a little closer read this and decide to go check it out. If you aren’t able to attend, please help by spreading the word!
