I&#039;m having the same problem, I walked consistently for 10 - 12 weeks and just lost the motivation.  They say to find another activity to do to regain the motivation.  I don&#039;t know, I haven&#039;t found it yet, lol, but as long as you eat well you should still be losing weight, which obviously you are.  So keep up the good work!</description>
