Project Fatass Week 14

Another week and no biking, argh. Where can I find the motivation to get back on that damn thing? Thank god I’m still able to maintain a proper eating pattern because if I didn’t I’d be screwed. Then again, if I was biking I’d probably see a 2-3 lb loss a week rather than the 1 lb I’ve lost again this week.

In any case, I’m happy it’s still going down rather than up!

So yeah, 1 lb lost this week.

*edit* WOOT I weighed myself again before getting into the shower and I was down another pound! Must have been an error earlier this morning. Damn digital scales!

So that makes it 2 lbs this week :)

Total lost: 22 lbs! :)

    I arranged summer weather for ya today! Maybe that helps to get motivated? I am now off for a walk in the dunes until I have to rush back to school to pick up The Kid! Mwah!

    22 pounds? that’s impressive. I have two bikes one for the road and one for the trails….I’ve ridden maybe twice all summer….shame. I need to get back on the bike myself.
    sigh….and I know that once I do I will love it.
