We are often very critical of our own work, and usually without just cause. I say, enjoy the process and love everything that you finish, because, after all, that is the whole idea behind quilting. The more you quilt, the better you become and it happens without you thinking about it. Don't ever let the pursuit of perfection, take away the pure joy of this needleart! Okay, I am done! You are right about the ruler, or just use cm's without converting. Just means that your skirt would have been larger. Gotta love quilting it is one of my favorite pastimes. I have been doing it for over 10 years and still don't have it perfect. A t-shirt quilt is wonderful way to use those t's. And it looks great. Linda Your quilt looks very good!!!
