Hi–
I found your site and have read about your problems with heartburn and snoring. I know I’m being presumptuous, but I thought I’d give you something to think about. Those both sound like you have a sleep disorder (I do, too.) You may want to think about talking to a doctor about it. You can find more info by searching for the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. Also, “sleeping like a rock” is a symptom. As is “it takes a bomb to wake me up” and light sleeping. Anyway, just a thought. HTH–Julie

hope the heartburn has subsided…. i had a pain in my chest a few yrs back and it felt like someone was stabbing me . turned out to be galbladder which wasn’t pretty, the only way to stop the pain was to move around to move the stones……ever consider that for the pain because some foods can trigger a pain like that.

Glad you got to meet up with friends and just like you i could go on and on bout canada to ppl who haven’t lived there. I’ve met alot of ppl who are studying in hfx who haven’t even been to canada before coming here to study.

My mother in law sherry and i had a great girls day and will be posted on my blog later. Heard about the sewing machine, good luck with it…. I’ve been asking martin for one.

WooHoo me first lol….sorry about the heartburn , I had it once and would never wish that apon any one.
And what is this you say….Canada better than the USA…hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm The Gods of War agree to disagree with you lol.
Feel beter and you have to learn to talk with your mouth full. Can help stop that little problem.
