This week’s photo hunter theme is shadow which was a difficult one but then I remember this photo from a few weekends ago when Xander and I drove up by Amsterdam to a reptile expo.
The expo sort of sucked but I did manage to get some nice photos that day. This was one of my favorite. We were not to far from Schipol Airport and we saw this plane taking off. I managed to snap a photo of it out my window and I loved the contrast. It’s like a shadow in the sky.

I love this picture! One of my favorite (and most disorienting) things to do on a flight is to watch the shadow of the plane on the ground – it really makes you realize just how far up you are. Yikes!
