Sept. Project Fatass Update

It’s now just a little over a month until we go back to Canada and I’m still trying to get off as much as I can before we leave.  Not just because I want to be as less fat as I can but also because I want to be as comfortable as possible in those ridiculously narrow plane seats.

Since I decided to try to get back on track with this mission (July 5), I’ve lost 15 pounds.  When I put that together with the 4 lbs I had lost previously (bite me, every pound counts when you’re trying to lose them), that puts me down 19 pounds!

In true Project Fatass style I have a visual reference ready so you can see just how much that is, and praise me!  I lost as much as this dude’s fish weighs!

orrrrrr… in other terms, I have lost 76 sticks of butter!  Sounds like a lot more when you say it in butter.

  1. AWESOME!! You’ve managed to get me going on my own project, I need to do the weight loss thing. I think I gain a small child somewhere on my body and the thing won’t let go. I can relate to your struggle with weight loss and infertility, I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2002 after failed attempts of baby. My goal is to lose some weight before December. Congrats again!

  2. Way to go. Keep up the good (but hard) work.
