Tongue Smiley

For the last five years or so I’ve had my tongue pierced and kept a rainbow pirate smiley ball on it.

ARRRRRI decided to remove it today when I noticed a small chip in my front tooth.   Nothing anyone else would notice but since my Dentist Fiasco back in April, I’m seriously tooth-paranoid.

The last thing I want is more visits to the dentist than are absolutely necessary and I’ve already gotten my 6 month reminder that I have to go back for a checkup.   Getting that tooth out was bearable but it’d really suck to have front teeth damaged.

Plus, I was honestly getting a little tired of it anyway.  Guess I’ve outgrown it.

Sure feels nice to be able to move my tongue around my mouth without the piercing clanking off my teeth.
