Priorities

My priorities are totally FUBAR. The things I think are important aren’t, the things I think aren’t.. are. I’ve always been that way.. I want things other people have, I don’t want the things I do have. I’m like a 5 year old child and the world is my toystore. It sucks. I keep thinking I’ll grow out of it but I’m only 15 days, 5 hours and 45 minutes from my 30th birthday and not a damn thing has changed. I still act like a 5 year old brat in some situations, and like a 13 year old girl without a clue in others. I swear, I’m an idiot.

Today, just when I was all wound up and being pissy (PMS helped) about something which seemed important at the time, but now seems so utterly ridiculous, my husband came home and gave me these.

He wasn’t even in the doghouse either! He did it for no reason at all, just to brighten my day.. is that awesome or what!?
Not only that but he said he wants to take me out on a date tonight! To Ben Kei in the city center. I’ve been saying that I’ve really wanted to try Japanese as I’ve never had it before. I think a date night would be lovely! The sun is shining, I have a wonderful man that loves me and treats me like a queen. Once again, time to stop worrying about things in my life that aren’t worth the heartache. Thanks to my amazing, loving, honest, caring, thoughtful, kind husband for always being able to remind me of what is (and should be) important in my life.

Now, because a friend sent this to me today and made me laugh, I’m going to share it. I think everyone needs a laugh today!

Dance White Boy, Dance!

Hehe I love that vid.. I laugh but I don’t think the guy is THAT bad a dancer, it’s still entertaining though.

  1. FUNNY!!!
Am now offically paranoid that people will place cameras in my place on the weekend. Hummm…

But I agree with Muckdog that it is a great way to unwind.

  2. Hah, I liked when he paused dancing, and went and cranked it up louder, then resumed. I think we should all unwind like that for about 5 minutes when we get home for the day. Seems like a good idea. Just watch out for cameras…

    GREAT!

  3. Oh my gosh, that’s hilarious! He’s not a bad dancer at all, he’s really into the music and has lots of variety.
