A Meme for Mom
I don’t usually do memes, but I’m making an exception because my mom sent me this one and I can never say no to her!
- Four places I go to over and over: Work, Pet Stores, Ikea, Albert Heijn
- Four people who e-mail me (regularly): Nobody emails, this is the age of MSN and Facebook people, update this meme already!
- Four places I would rather be right now: At my Parents’ place in Cape Breton, back in our hotel in the south of France, Toronto, or by a pool somewhere with a good book.
- Four people I think will respond: Yoshi, Shirley Ann, Sonya, Stephanie
- Four T.V. shows that I watch over and over: Sex and the City, Firefly, Coupling and McLeod’s Daughters.

No, no, there are still lots of people who email. Some folks don’t cotton to MSN or Facebook and are stuck on emailing. If you’re not into instant or pictures you don’t care.

I have an AH near me but I tend to go to the C1000, I find the prices a bit cheaper. I would love to be able to get to an Aldi, but I have no idea where it is.

* Four places I would rather be right now: the UK, Montreal, Toronto and Thunder Bay (my hometown)
* Four T.V. shows that I watch over and over: Nevermind the Buzzcocks, Have I Got News For You, Masterchef (”Cooking doesn’t get tougher than this!”) and House (since I bought the first series on DVD last week…my son and I have had a catch-up marathon!)

Four people who email me regularly: My auntie with bad/rotten/terrible jokes about menopause beseeching me to send them to 100 of my dearest friends, my friend Shari in the US who lives in a small town in Nebraska and finds my life terribly exotic (!), and two of my old Expatica buddies…It’s hard to get people over 40 to trust Facebook or whatnot for security reasons
